There is a God because there is no possible way to become the way we are without
a supreme being that is omnipotent, omniscience, and omnipresent. Biologically,
we're extremely complex. We need systems that keep us functioning that cannot be
explained through evolution, or gradual development of these systems.
For example, the coagulation of blood. When you bleed, your blood clots to
prevent you from bleeding to death. These come in the form of fibronogens and
such, and help clog the blood. But when does it not clog? Otherwise, you'll just
die of strokes/heart attacks constantly. Basically, the entire systems boils
down to many enzymes/hormones that activate and deactivate each other in a
circular type of loop. This means that you CANNOT develop a system to clot blood
unless it was there, made for you in the first place. Thus, something must have
designed this for us so that we would not die spontaneously.
As such, the only option available is to believe that God exists.
Knowledge would be limited without language, but would still be possible. For
example, you would understand that such a thing as "fire" exists, but
you don't necessarily have a word for it.
Eventually, language would follow after knowledge. The need to classify the
knowledge would become imminent and a new "word" would be formed for
that specific purpose. And language is simply an accumulation of these words.
Pokemon cards. Wows, I have such a thick binder of that stuff. But yeah, I only
have the blue, red, (yellow?), and some gold/silver. None of the new stuff.
Of course. When one is trying to finish up a last minute project in class, it
doesn't help to have someone pelvic thrust you from behind. Complete with sound
effects.
Sanji from One Piece definitely. He's just too cool with that cigarette all the
time.
Second would be Smoker, also from One Piece. He's one of the heads of the
Marines. He uses all these smoke-based attacks to catch people. Pretty cool too.
It really depends on the person. A man doesn't have to join frontlines, nor does
a woman. However, it is because of stereotypes that men usually partake in the
war and violence areas; whereas women are charged with taking care of children
and running the house.
In my opinion, it really doesn't matter. A man could be just as effective as a
babysitter, and a woman just as effective as a soldier. It's not a
"woman" or a "man" going into war anyways. It's a soldier
regardless of gender.
Friends I guess are gender irrelevant. However, I believe that if you're trying
to be best friends with someone of the opposite gender, it means that
eventually, you want them in your pants, metaphorically. I'm guessing it's a
subconscious thing that guys (and girls) do. If both guy and girl have a
relationship with someone of their opposite gender (meaning they both have
guy/girlfriend), then I guess it would be possible for them to be best friends.
Question: has anybody NOT fallen asleep in class? I'd be pretty amazed actually.
I used to sleep a lot in class, but I don't do it as much now. Before, I'd sleep
the entire class away, and the teacher would just look at me funny at the end.
Now, it's a bit better. I usually fall asleep if it's a study period/test, or if
it's just plain boring.
Destiny was better in terms of Gundam design and coolness in the models given,
but the storyline failed. It was basically SEED all over again with a different
main character (or an attempt at a new character. People couldn't stand watching
Kira die for real), like adyt said. SEED was okay at first, but got repetitive
over time, and dragged on for too long, and too much romance involved.
Gundam00 on the other hand is pretty awesome. Flashy new gundams with different
styles of fighting (sniper omg!), and more straightforward stuff, as in less
fillers.
Alucard from Hellsing. I'm a guy, so I'm not in it for hotness. It's just that
Alucard is literally invincible and carries a pair of ginormous pistols.
Invincibility and huge guns always comes handy in anime. Therefore, Alucard is
my favourite anime male character.
I guess for games like Splinter Cell, kinda similar to shoujoboy's, where if you
accidentally kill an innocent, you lose.
Also, although it's kinda hard to fix, I hate games where you can't do anything
and everything in environment. For example, you can't jump in Fable!
Last thing, I hate rpg's where you have to try forever to get that awesome item,
and it turns out that it only affects one specific enemy.
I enjoy first-person shooters and rpgs, for two different reasons. First is for
the enjoyment of stalking and delivering the perfect headshot; and the second
because I love upgrading things and leveling up, which you can't do in fps.
I think within reason, children should be able to be beaten. For example,
hitting a child lightly on the bum is okay for minor crimes and such; but
getting weapons to actually beat a child with force (enough to leave visible
marks) is not acceptable.
I would like to say Light's side at the beginning, partially because of his
desire to use it for good, but also because we were first introduced to him as
the protagonist. However, as the series moved on, I was more on L's side.
Agree with more or less everything above. It was good up to the part where the
raid on headquarters happened. After that, kinda died. Seras is really hot as
well, and Alucard has pretty awesome killing techniques. On top of that, the
sexy girl could use the most massive gun in the anime xD. Also agree the endtro
song was bad, although the most of the filler music was good (ironically -__-)
I think he'll end up Inoue. Renji will probably end up with Rukia. Firstly,
since he is human, he should be getting together with another human. Likewise
with renji and being a deathgod.
I think she'll be able to use Bankai eventually. I think her sword will become
something even more elegant, perhaps a spear or lance of some sort. The attacks
will probably be similar, but more powerful/different dances. I really don't
know ^^

That's what I think anyways.
I play with my knife and/or camera if I'm really really bored. Otherwise, Splinter Cell is the way to go!
Pokemon cards. Wows, I have such a thick binder of that stuff. But yeah, I only have the blue, red, (yellow?), and some gold/silver. None of the new stuff.
The Glenn Miller Orchestra
Artie Shaw's Big Band
Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band
any band that plays with Frank Sinatra xD

Mmmm...crepes with yogurt and fruit. So very delicious.

Surprise! Sasuke apparently kills Itachi, but we realize now that Itachi was actually a good guy.

Kensei, because of his sexy knife beside his shoe. It's so tiny, but it's freaking awesome.
